Where do you deliver?
We deliver food in every area we cover. Hotel bookings and taxi rides work anywhere, even outside our food delivery zones.
How do I pay?
Most orders are paid in cash on delivery. Digital payment is available in the app where the restaurant supports it.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 30–60 minutes depending on the restaurant and how far you are. The estimated time is shown on each restaurant page before you order.
Can I order from the website?
Right now you can browse every restaurant, menu and price on the website, and place your order in the SqabyMart app. Web ordering is coming.
Do I need an account to look at menus?
No. Browsing restaurants, menus, prices and hotels is completely open. You only sign in when you place an order.
How do I book a hotel or apartment?
Open any property page to see photos, facilities and nightly prices, then book through the app. Stays can be booked from anywhere — you do not need to be in a delivery zone.
How do I become a partner?
Restaurants, property owners and drivers can apply from our partner pages. We call you back to arrange the details.
